CSC membership enrollment for 2025-26 is closed. All memberships (except Lifetime) will expire on July 31, 2026 no matter when it was purchased.
CSC is changing its membership platform to a new service for 2026-27. Any changes made to your staff roster or personal profile may not be successfully transferred to the new system if updated after June 16, 2026. Members are encouraged to wait until the membership renewal period for 2026-27 to take any action to any CSC accounts. 2026-27 College Sports Communicators Membership Enrollment Information 

Early bird enrollment period: TBA – September 30, 2026 (LOWEST PRICING)
Regular rates begin: October 1, 2026
Membership for 2026-27 will expire July 31, 2027

Optional memberships are available for 2ySIDA ($25), NAIA-SIDA ($50) and EAST-COMM ($75). No person is required to purchase these add-on membership for CSC. CSC collects these funds on behalf of these organizations to help simpify the purchase. You will have the option to add these onto your purchase. If you have questions about these optional membership, please contact the leadership of those groups.
 

A new membership platform and online experience is coming soon

Below is some information in advance of the launch of the new platform. Any questions can be delivered to Beau White at info@cscommunicators.com. 


For all members
  1. If you had a CSC membership in 2025-26 you will have an imported account in the new platform. You will be asked to log in to the new platform with your email address, if the system recognizes your email address it will ask you to set a new password at that time. If you had a membership in 2025-26 and the new system doesn't recognize you then you should email info@cscommunicators.com to seek assistance. Please do not create a new account because you have changed jobs and can't access your previous email.
  2. If you have changed jobs, email addresses, or both since June 16 then your updated information may not be captured yet in the new system at launch. Once the new website goes live, every effort will be made to update accounts for those individuals who have submitted their new information via CSC's transactions form. If you have already submitted your information there is no need to do it again, but if you have not submitted through that form please consider doing so.
  3. If you will be applying for CSC membership for the first time in 2026-27 then you can create a new profile. In most cases you will be able to associate yourself and your personal profile with an existing employer account (school/conference office/company/organization).
  4. All members are encouraged update their profiles with complete information after log in and keep your profile updated. Your personal account is yours for life and should be updated as you progress throughout your career. Think of it like your "CSC LinkedIn" – you would never transfer it to another person or create a new one. Our new website will allow for a more personalized user experience so it is important that your information is accurate and up-to-date so you see and received the information that is relevant to you.

For account administrators
  1. Each employer account (school/conference office/company/organization) will have a designated account administrator AND billing contact. Those previously designated as "account administrator" in the previous platform will be automatically designated as both at launch. Administrators will then have the opportunity to set someone else as the billing contact after log in. This can be a non-member such as someone from your business office who handles your payments.
  2. If you have made a new hire for someone who already has a CSC account from a previous job, DO NOT create a new account for that person. You also do not have access to update their profile yourself. You should either ask the employee to update their own account or email info@cscommunicators.com for help.
  3. The majority of memberships will be "seat-based." This means that the employer will purchase the number of seats desired and then individual members can be assigned those seats and receive member benefits through the employer account. No matter whether you need to purchase one seat or 50 seats, you will follow the same procedure to select the number of seats. Once you reach the maximum cost to be "All-In", all additional seats will be free. Seats you purchase through September 30 will be charged at the Early Bird rate. Any seats added October 1 or later will be charged at the Regular Rate.
    • For Division I FBS schools, seats 1-5 are full price ($235 each), seat 6 makes you "All-In" and is discounted to $225. Seats 7 and beyond are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $1,400 during the Early Bird period.
    • For Division I FCS and non-football schools, seats 1-2 are full price ($235 each), seat 3 makes you "All-In" and is discounted to $230. Seats 4 and beyond are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $700 during the Early Bird period.
    • For Division II, Division III and NAIA, seat 1 is full price ($235), seat 2 makes you "All-In" and is discounted to $225. Seats 3 and beyond are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $460 during the Early Bird period.
    • For two-year colleges (NJCAA, 3C2A, NWAAC), your rates are discounted. Your first seat is $165, seat 2 makes you all in and is $155, seats 3 and beyond are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $320 during the Early Bird period.
    • Canadian schools pays a unique rate based on exchange rates and the removal of Academic All-America access. Seat one is $135 Canadian, seat two is $115 Canadian and all additional seats are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $250 Canadian during the Early Bird period.
    • For all NCAA Division I conferences, seats 1-2 are $235/each, seat 3 makes you "All-In" and is discounted to $55. Seat 4 and and byond are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $525 during the Early Bird period.
    • For all Division II, Division III, & NAIA conferences, Bowl Games and College Governing bodies, seat 1 is $235, seat 2 makes you "All-In" and is discounted to $120. Seat 3 and and byond are free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $355 during the Early Bird period.
    • For all Two-Year Conferences, seat 1 is discounted to $165, seat 2 makes you "All-In" and is further discounted to $60, seat 3 and beyond is free. The maximum you will pay for unlimited "All-In" membership is $225 during the Early Bird period.
  4. Rates for all divisions and levels will increase on Oct. 1 per the table below.

Who should purchase which type of membership:
  1. University/College - every person employed by a university or college.
  2. Conference Office - every person employed by a conference office
    • College Sports Governing Bodies & Bowl Games - this may be categorized under Conference Office and will be billed at the rate of Non-D1 College Governing Bodies below. This includes any person who works for a bowl game or national divisional governing entity (i.e. NAIA/NJCAA/U Sports/CCAA/3C2A national office). Note that all persons employed by the NCAA are covered under a separate agreement.
  3. Advocate - Any person who does not directly work for a college, university, conference office, national college sports governing body or bowl game. This would include those who work for high schools, olympic governing organizations, sport specific organizations, CSC peer organizations, media entities or any other person who would like to be part of the community.
  4. Undergraduate Student - only for undergraduate students who are not part of their school's University/College (All-In) membership. This typically includes students who are required to purchase membership as part of a class. It may include student assistants whose school does not include them in All-In membership, but be aware that this type of membership does not include the ability to nominate or vote in the Academic All-America program.
  5. Lifetime Memberships are automatically applied by staff following a member receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award. Those who received the Lifetime Achievement Award will be processed for membership after the new site goes live. Contact info@cscommunicators.com for help if you should have a Lifetime Membership but cannot access your account. New Lifetime members in 2026 will receive their memberships shortly after the launch of the new platform.
 
 

CSC membership rates for 2026-27

In the table below, the first number is the early bird rates (lowest pricing) available Aug. 1 - Sept. 30. The second number is the regular rate effective Oct. 1.

The highlighted orange column below is the "All-In" membership option which includes unlimited memberships for individuals at schools and conferences. To nominate and vote in the Academic All-America® program, you must be either part of an "All-In Membership" or an "Individual". For those who don't fit into the "All-In" model, individual rates are available.
