One of the busiest and most active groups of College Sports Communicators members—the
Goodwill and Wellness Committee —is involved year-round in charity and service events, holding health and wellness initiatives and continuing educations and convention sessions, and in promoting the volunteer and wellness efforts of CSC members.
The goal of the committee's work is to further the belief in our need to maintain our health, overall wellness, and community; as improving ourselves, both physically and mentally, translates into success professionally.
Fitness Challenge
In an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle and create a fun and supportive program around health and wellness, CSC along with the Goodwill and Wellness Committee organizes regular 5-10 week fitness challenges, an initiative available FREE to members. These challenges are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and goals. Members are enouraged to join and community support by joining the
Fitness Challenge Facebook Group.
