Learn and Network at the 2020 CoSIDA U Camp this June in Las Vegas

Are you a student who is interested in the sports communication profession? Maybe you’re entering your first internship, first full-time position or even running your own department for the first time. We know just the place for you to immerse yourself in a day of introduction and education about our rewarding profession.
The
CoSIDA U Camp will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas prior to the CoSIDA Convention. The
#CoSIDA2020 Convention begins the next day at the same site.
All programming and activities are included for a
registration fee of just $99. The event is designed for students and newcomers as well as interns and new full-time employees and includes breakfast, a personal networking Q&A lunch, an off-site social event, an exclusive meeting with the CoSIDA Board, and a certificate of completion. Saturday’s program will begin with a breakfast at 9 AM and panels begin at 10 AM. Camp attendees staying over will have a private meeting with the CoSIDA Board on Sunday morning at the Mandalay Bay Resort.
Saturday night, members will be treated to a social event off site which will include food and refreshments. Round trip transportation will be provided. The event will be announced in coming weeks. Saturday’s panels will feature numerous CoSIDA professionals from across America and from a variety of divisions, and organizations.

Hotel Information
Hotel accomodations are not included in the $99 registration fee.
Tentative Session Schedule
Location – Conference Room TBD, Mandalay Bay Resort
Dress – Business Casual. No shorts, sneakers, sandals, t-shirts.
Door prizes will be awarded after each session. Prizes courtesy of NAIA, NCAA and the schools and conferences from our CoSIDAU Committee members. The grand prize, a complimentary registration to the 2021 CoSIDA Convention in Orlando, will be awarded after the final panel. All camp registrants are eligible.
