Registration is open for the 2025-26 CSC Mentorship Program
The initial deadline for registrations for the Mentorship Program was Sunday, September 7, 2025. Late sign ups are now being accepted.
Initial mentorship pairings for those who signed up by the initial Sept. 7 deadline were emailed to participants on Sept. 18.
Note: Because there was not an equal amount of people to sign up, some participants were not able to be matched in the first round of pairings. If you have not been paired, we are still looking for a great match for you, and you will be paired as more people sign up for the program.

Current CSC membership is required to participate in the Mentorship Program.
Click here if you need to purchase or renew your membership. You will not be paired until you have a current 2025-26 membership.
Mentors and mentees are paired with consideration given to preferences of experience, goals, geographic location, gender and division provided in this application form. Although not guaranteed, the Mentorship Committee attempts to match as many people as possible with similar interests and goals.
Although the program does not have strict requirements for the participants, it is expected that mentors and mentees establish consistent communication throughout the academic year.
