#CSCUNITE23: Know before you go – from an intern’s perspective
by Kobe Mosley – College Sports Communicators, 2023 Intern
Since joining College Sports Communicators as a staff intern in January, I have been able to see firsthand just how much work goes into putting on an event like the CSC Unite convention.
With this being my first convention, and the first under the new College Sports Communicators brand name, a lot of this will be new for me. In some capacity, this convention will be unique for everyone — regardless if this is your first or 25th time coming.
What excites me the most about the convention is the opportunity to interact with all of you — our diverse membership. The emphasis on making sure that we are adequately representing every kind of communicator in this space is so important to all of us, and I am thrilled to be able to do that in person.
From the 5K Fun Run/Walk and Exhibit Hall to Divisional Day and the CSC All-Star Night of Honors, everything on the schedule builds more anticipation.
For those who have registered, I’m beyond excited to see you! For those who have not yet, there’s still time to do so!
That said, here are some events and sessions that I’m looking forward to. See you there!
